The PCs defeat the water elementals, and put an end to the unnatural storm. After a night of rest they travel to Scarlet Moon Hall.
There they see several small groups camped around a ruined fortification. The PCs approach one of these groups and they make the acquaintance of Gariena the druid and her friendly sprites.
Gariena explains to them that they're all waiting for the Ritual of the Wicker Giant to be performed, a ritual that will apparently stop the weird elemental-related events plagueing the Dessarin Valley.
