Session 31

Leading a small army of azers, the PCs fight and kill a chimera. Next to her lair, they find a prisoner of the fire cultist; the woman is a water cultist that was captured by the opposed cult a few weeks back. She does not seem to have any useful information, so Mauritius decides to end her sufferings.

The PCs proceed to a great hall where they find several cultists and hobgoblin enforcers. The party bribes the hobgoblin to fight for their side, and together they defeat the cultists.

The hobgoblins point them in the direction of the cultist in charge of the Temple, a mage going by the name of Bastian. The man is supported by two fire elementals. Zadas summons a wall of water that quenches the fires of the elementals, and the party rapidly murders the mage.

The party interrogates one of the cultists in charge of the temple, a woman named Lyzandra Calderos. The woman shares a few details about Vanifer, the tiefling leader of the Cult of Eternal Flame.
